You’re only one person away from carefree & lucrative email marketing 〰️

Email marketing is an ongoing process. To be successful in email marketing you’ll have to do a lot of things right… Things that most businesses, copywriters and virtual assistants are not doing. (click here to see what these things are)

So how would an ongoing collaboration between you and me look like? That’s what I’ll go over right here in this article.

Email Machine discovery Call

Before we even start working together, I will assess if I can actually help you and what you would need to make your email marketing better. Just by signing up for your email list, I can see where you’re at, but I’ll also ask you some questions on our first Email Machine Call. During the call, if we both feel like this is a good idea, we will agree to the scope of work and the plan for the first months.

After the call, I’ll send you the agreed upon scope of work, the first invoice and an onboarding form for you to fill out. This form will help me gain a better understanding of your offer and audience. But I will also do a bunch of research of my own throughout the time that we work together.

Start of work

The first thing I’ll do is log on to your email service provider(ESP) and start going through some essential checks to better understand the current state of your email marketing and reputation. I’ll focus on some quick wins to get the best start for us working together!

Also, the first emails I can share with you to make sure we nail your tone of voice. But after a month it’s the idea that you don’t have to worry about your email marketing any more. I’m here to make it easier for you, not harder. (:

What do I generally do for my clients?

An email marketing retainer package consists of three main focuses: Automations, deliverability and broadcast emails

  • Automations: these are the emails that are sent out based on triggers. These play a KEY role in your email marketing!

  • Deliverability: In short, deliverability is where your email lands. You know you don’t want to send your emails to the spam folder, but I also focus on avoiding the promotions tab. Why? Because emails in the primary inbox get twice the opens compared to email in the promo tab! (think about what that’ll do for your revenue)
There are a lot of little tasks that will improve your deliverability, many of those that aren’t done by regular email marketers, copywriters and VA’s. Things like: building the IP and domain reputation, keeping the list clean, using the right segments, optimizing open rates, etc.

  • Broadcast emails: These are the regular emails you send to your list. These keep your subscriber engaged and warm. These are important especially for coaches because most people don’t just jump into your high ticket program right away. They want to get to know you, see your results and have all their questions answered before they pull their card out. Some people take some time to gather the cash to invest in your offer.

Okay, so now we are working together, how do we communicate?

After working with clients for about a year now, I’ve discovered that it is easiest to stay in touch through text.

Why?

Because you can just share thoughts whenever they come up, it’s an ongoing conversation that you can always refer back to. Everything stays neatly organized within one place. We can also schedule calls whenever we need bigger subjects discussed.

A smooth email marketing process

My goal is to make email marketing none of your worries. You only need to share what you are looking to promote, and I’ll make sure the email marketing gets sorted for you.

So essentially, it’ll take a little bit of your time to set it up, (albeit less time than you’d spend doing email marketing yourself…) but in the long run, it’ll make you a bunch of money without you spending any effort into it.

Sounds good, right?
